HyperGuest Secures $25 Mn to Expand AI-Powered Hotel Connectivity

Israeli travel tech company HyperGuest has Secures $25 million from AMI the mid market investment arm of Apax Partners. The company will use the funding to expand its global operations and develop technology for hotel distribution as AI becomes more involved in travel search and bookings. The latest investment takes HyperGuest’s total funding to $53 million.
Funding Details
HyperGuest has raised $25 million in its latest funding round from AMI, Apax Partners’ mid-market investment arm.
Before this investment the company had raised $28 million from Lightspeed, Viola Ventures, Altshuler and travel tech fund THAYR. With the latest funding, HyperGuest has raised a total of $53 million.
How Will HyperGuest Use the Funding?
The company will use the fresh capital to support global expansion and technology development.

Yaron is the company’s CEO, Rahav serves as CPO and Kantor as COO. Rotem is no longer active in the company.
HyperGuest has around 160 employees across 21 countries, with operations in markets including the US, Europe, Turkey, Brazil and Argentina.
