Arivihan Gets $10.2M in Series A to Expand Across India

The company will use the new capital to expand into more parts of India, develop new products for CBSE students, improve its AI and regional language capabilities and strengthen its offline distribution network.

The round also saw $200,000 from GSF-linked angel investors Dinesh Chandra Agrawal, Dinesh Gulati and Rajesh Sawhney.

How Will Arivihan Use the Funding?

Arivihan plans to use the new funding to expand its presence across India and enter additional states.

The startup will develop new products for CBSE students and launch additional crash courses. It also plans to improve its AI and regional language capabilities to support students across different markets.

The company will further invest in performance marketing and expand its offline distribution network to reach more students.

Arivihan's Previous Funding

Before the latest Series A round, Arivihan raised $4.17 million in a pre-Series A round in July 2025.

The startup had earlier received seed funding through Accel's Atoms accelerator programme in March 2024.

With the latest round, Arivihan has raised more than $15 million in total funding.

Arivihan's Market Presence

Arivihan currently operates across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar.

The startup focuses on students in Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and rural areas. According to co-founder Ritesh Singh Chandel, around 80% of Arivihan's subscribers come from Tier 3 cities and rural regions.

The company plans to expand into additional states as part of its next phase of growth.
