Indian company Flipspaces secures $35 million to expand in UAE

Indian startup Flipspaces has raised $35 million in new funding. Iron Pillar, Prudent Investment Managers, and Synergy Capital led the funding round. The company plans to use this money to grow its business in India, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.

Flipspaces offers innovative, all-in-one solutions for designing office and commercial spaces.

Their services include planning the design, managing supplies, and handling the whole project from start to finish — all through one platform. They mainly work with small and medium-sized businesses, as these make up a big part of the commercial design market.

Flipspaces’ first investor, Carpediem, exited the company during this funding round. The entire fundraising process was handled only by BDA Partners.

“We are building a technology-led brand aimed at transforming the customer experience in commercial design and build, globally. Our conviction lies in scaling with both speed and sustainability driven by a replicable, tech-powered delivery model that balances growth with profitability,” said Kunal Sharma, Founder, and CEO of Flipspaces.

Flipspaces was started in 2015 by Kunal Sharma and a group of co-founders. The company currently works in India and the United States.

It plans to expand to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as it is an important commercial real estate center.
