Visa2Fly Raises $2 Million to Transform Visa Processing with AI-Powered Solutions.
Gurugram-based travel tech startup Visa2Fly secures seed funding from MVenture Partners, Flipkart Ventures, and others to scale AI-led visa services.
Visa2Fly, a fast-growing travel technology startup specializing in visa and international travel documentation, has announced a successful seed funding round of US$2 million. The round was led by Singapore-based MVenture Partners, with participation from prominent investors such as Flipkart Ventures, FinSight Ventures, and Thinkuvate.
Founded in 2022 by Vijayendra Bawa and Dhruv Kumar, Visa2Fly aims to simplify and digitize the visa application process using artificial intelligence and automation. The company has rapidly gained traction in India’s outbound travel market by offering end-to-end digital visa services for over 50 countries. With the newly raised capital, Visa2Fly plans to strengthen its AI-driven verification tools, automate more aspects of the visa lifecycle, and expand its team to meet growing customer demand.
“Visa processes are often tedious and opaque, causing delays and frustration for travelers,” said Vijayendra Bawa, Co-founder and CEO of Visa2Fly. “Our mission is to build a seamless, digital-first experience that minimizes paperwork, reduces errors, and offers real-time tracking—powered by cutting-edge technology.”
The startup has already introduced tools that allow users to upload documents, complete applications, and receive updates on visa status—all from a mobile device. Visa2Fly’s AI verification engine is designed to scan documents for compliance issues, detect anomalies, and offer personalized guidance to applicants. This innovation reduces reliance on manual processing and enhances the accuracy of submitted applications.
In addition to consumer-facing services, Visa2Fly offers enterprise solutions for corporates and travel agencies, including bulk processing, compliance dashboards, and integration with HR systems for employee travel needs. This B2B vertical is expected to be a key focus area as the company scales.
“We believe the visa-tech sector is ripe for disruption, and Visa2Fly is at the forefront of this transformation,” said Mohit Anand, Managing Partner at MVenture Partners. “Their use of automation and AI not only improves efficiency but also enables global mobility for millions of travelers, especially in fast-growing markets like India.”
The travel tech space in India has witnessed steady growth, especially after the pandemic, with a surge in demand for cross-border travel. According to recent data from the Ministry of Tourism, outbound travel from India is expected to reach 50 million departures annually by 2028. Visa2Fly hopes to capitalize on this momentum by becoming a one-stop platform for all international travel documentation needs, including visas, insurance, and permits.
Dhruv Kumar, Co-founder and COO, emphasized the company’s commitment to customer experience. “We’ve served over 75,000 customers with a 98% success rate. We focus on transparency, speed, and personalization—and we’re just getting started.”
As part of its growth plans, Visa2Fly will invest in expanding its AI research team, building partnerships with foreign embassies, and introducing new product features, including chatbot assistance, multi-language support, and instant rejection alerts. The company also discussed exploring regional expansion into Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
With rising interest from investors and users, Visa2Fly is well-positioned to redefine how modern travelers access visa services. The startup’s tech-first approach aligns with broader industry trends toward automation, digital identity verification, and seamless travel experiences.
