Jedify Raises $24 Mn in Series A Round led by Norwest

Israeli-founded startup Jedify has raised US$24 million in a Series A funding round. The investment reflects growing interest from investors in technologies that help AI systems better understand how companies operate, making it easier for AI to work with business processes, data, and day-to-day operations.

The funding round was led by Norwest, with additional strategic investment from Snowflake Ventures. Existing investors S Capital VC and Cerca Partners also participated, along with new investor Oceans Ventures.

As part of the investment, Assaf Harel, a partner at Norwest, will join the company's board of directors.

“In order for an agentic workflow to really work well for an enterprise at scale, it needs a very deep understanding of that business,” said Assaf Henkin, co-founder and CEO of Jedify. “Enterprise data is fragmented across systems, definitions, permissions, and workflows.”

Jedify’s platform is built to solve the problem of business data being scattered across different systems. It automatically creates and continuously updates a unified view of an organization’s information.

The platform connects structured data from sources such as data warehouses, CRM software, financial systems, and business intelligence tools. It also brings together unstructured information from documents, Slack conversations, and meeting recordings, helping AI better understand the entire business.

Founded in 2023 by Assaf Henkin, Adi Elimelech and Erik Shani, Jedify uses its own Semantic Fusion™ technology to automatically create a live and constantly updated map of a company's data and knowledge.

The platform connects information from business systems such as data warehouses, CRMs, financial tools, and analytics platforms, along with content from documents, file repositories, playbooks, Jira, Notion, Slack, and meeting recordings.

By bringing all this information together, Jedify creates an AI-ready layer that continuously learns and updates itself, helping AI understand how the business actually operates and making it easier to find insights and make better decisions.
