Malaysia-based lending technology company Juris Technologies (JurisTech) has partnered with Thailand-listed enterprise software provider TBN Corporation to develop AI-powered digital lending solutions for financial institutions in Thailand. The partnership will initially focus on non-bank lenders serving consumers and small businesses.
Partnership to Cover the Entire Lending Process
The collaboration aims to integrate artificial intelligence across the entire lending process, including customer onboarding, credit assessment, loan management, collections, debt restructuring, and recovery.
The companies plan to combine JurisTech’s lending technology with TBN’s local market expertise to help financial institutions improve lending operations, reduce manual work, and make better credit decisions.
AI to Improve Credit Assessment and Risk Management
Under the partnership, JurisTech's AI capabilities will be integrated into lending workflows to automate document processing, support credit assessments, and improve lending decisions.

The technology will also help financial institutions strengthen risk management and meet regulatory requirements while maintaining human oversight in important lending decisions.
Focus on Thailand’s Non-Bank Lending Sector
The initial focus will be on Thailand’s non-bank lending segment, which serves consumers and small businesses, including borrowers with limited credit histories.
This segment faces challenges such as rising compliance requirements, high operating costs, incomplete borrower information, and growing demand for faster financial services.
TBN Chief Executive Officer Panayu Sirikrachangsri said Thailand's lending industry continues to face challenges related to limited credit access, fragmented technology systems, and increasing regulatory requirements.
