Macnica Acquires Majority Stake in Orangeleaf Consulting to Accelerate Digital Transformation

Orangeleaf Consulting operates across Malaysia, Japan, and Singapore. The company helps businesses with digital transformation and provides enterprise software consulting services.

Macnica Inc., headquartered in Yokohama, Japan, is a technology solutions company with over 50 years of experience. It specializes in semiconductors, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and smart manufacturing, and operates from 91 locations across 28 countries and regions.

This investment strengthens the partnership between Macnica and Orangeleaf Consulting, which began in 2024. Together, the two companies have been working to help businesses speed up their digital transformation.

The companies use Siemens' low-code platform, Mendix, to help Japanese businesses modernize old systems, develop new digital applications faster, and improve their digital operations.

Along with providing technology solutions, Macnica and Orangeleaf Consulting also help businesses build in-house digital development teams. This allows companies to create, manage, and continuously improve their own digital solutions over time.
