Majestic Mind Games Raises $1.45 Mn to Build Saudi Games for Global Markets

The studio will use the new funding to develop original video games and create new game ideas that can reach players in international markets.

Majestic Mind Games is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The company was founded by Lujain Albukhari and Majed Anbar.

The studio mainly develops games for PC. It also plans to bring some of its games to other platforms, including consoles and mobile devices.

The company’s core team includes lead artist Samaher Bantan and game programmer Mohammed Baeshen. The team combines creative and technical skills to develop original games.

Majestic Mind Games aims to create games that are entertaining while also encouraging players to be curious, creative, and independent thinkers. The studio has also received support from NEOM.

The new investment from Merak Capital and Impact46 will help the studio develop new intellectual property and create games that can compete in international markets.

Investors believe Saudi Arabia’s gaming industry is entering a new stage, with more local studios creating their own game brands for global audiences. Merak Capital said it invested in Majestic Mind Games because of its originality, business approach, and ability to execute its long-term plans.
