The Middle East has emerged as an important startup hub, producing billion-dollar companies across fintech, e-commerce, real estate, food technology, quick commerce and deep tech.

The latest list of the Middle East’s biggest unicorns includes companies from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Noon leads the group with a valuation of about $10 billion, followed by fintech company Tabby at $4.5 billion.

Its latest reported valuation followed a secondary share sale in 2025, making Tabby one of the most highly valued fintech startups in the Middle East.

3. Property Finder – About $2 Billion

Property Finder is a Dubai-based digital real estate platform with a reported valuation of around $2 billion.

The company connects property buyers and renters with real estate agents and property listings through its online platform.

Property Finder operates across several markets in the Middle East and has built a significant position in the region’s digital property market.

4. Kitopi – About $1.5 Billion

Dubai-based Kitopi operates in food technology and hospitality.

The company initially became known for its managed cloud kitchen model, helping restaurants operate delivery-focused kitchens. It later expanded its business into restaurant operations and food brands.

Kitopi reached unicorn status through its funding rounds and has previously reported a valuation of around $1.5 billion.

5. Ninja – About $1.5 Billion

Saudi Arabia-based quick-commerce startup Ninja is valued at about $1.5 billion.
