Miridih, a SaaS-based design platform provider based in Seoul, South Korea, has secured $15 million in Series B funding.
Leading the round were G.N. Tech Venture Capital, Kiwoom PE, Shinhan Venture Investment, and Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK). Miridih’s post-money valuation, with this investment, has been recognised at KRW 280 billion (about USD 215 million).
To expedite its global expansion, the company plans to use the funds for global marketing and personnel acquisition.

Under the direction of CEO Kang Changseok, Miridih has made a name for itself in the home market with its SaaS-based design platform, “MiriCanvas,” which has 13 million users, and its POD printing service, “BizHows.”

The business made KRW 14.7 billion in sales in 2020, 19.3 billion in 2021, 33.1 billion in 2022, and KRW 60.7 billion (with KRW 7.7 billion in operating profit) in 2023. In the meanwhile, Miridih declared that it will formally start IPO preparations in the second half of 2024 and choose an IPO underwriter.
