As per the announcement, Momos aims to assist food and beverage, retail, and other multi-location businesses in driving their whole client lifecycle with artificial intelligence. This investment will expedite that ambition. It is stated that Momos has so far raised $17 million in funding.

Together with a group from Microsoft, Intuit, Uber, Grab, and Sai Alluri, Momos was created in 2021. The group discovered that the current solutions could not assist brands in smoothly managing their clientele across numerous places after managing thousands of enterprises at UberEats and GrabFood in the past.

Momos team recognized the potential that AI offered and collaborated with OpenAI from the beginning, initially participating in the GPT-3 beta program. AI should also be used by physical enterprises. Millions of people visit the physical stores owned by Momos’ partners. They have too many touchpoints, and managing them across channels was impossible prior to Momos’ AI.
