As part of a collaborative collaboration, NABNI will actively contribute to the advancement of Emirati talent in Dubai’s burgeoning real estate sector by expanding its strong staff to include 25% Emirati real estate sales agents by 2025.

The MoU signing ceremony was attended by senior leadership teams from both entities including Mohammed Ali Al Badwawi, CEO of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and Abdulrahman Abdulla Alsuwaidi, Chairman and Co-Founder of NABNI Developments.
This engagement is consistent with DLD’s Dubai Real Estate Brokers Programme, which seeks to improve the competitiveness of Emirati professionals. NABNI Developments will contribute to this goal by providing job opportunities for aspiring Emirati talent, and it intends to accomplish 10% of sales inventory through Emirati real estate brokers, demonstrating its commitment to the growth and development of the Emirati workforce.
