After the most recent round of financing, $12.75 million has been raised overall by the ODA Class.

The Chinese education company Yuanfudao contributed an unknown sum to the startup’s pre-Series A funding round in March 2020. The business raised $9 million in 2021, $3 million in 2022, and an extra $250K in 2023.

ODA Class states that in order to have the greatest possible impact, the funding will be allocated to a number of critical areas, such as digital marketing, which will raise the company’s profile and reach a wider audience.

ODA Class was established in 2019 and provides live online instruction for students in grades 1 through 10. Through creative marketing techniques and AI technologies, the company offers affordable, high-quality education.

ODA Class, which employs instructors from IITs and NITs, has worked with over 25,000 long-term students and plans to grow to 100,000 by 2024 as it improves its learning platform.

According to the company, its revenues for FY22 were Rs 26.90 crore, and they jumped to Rs 63.76 crore in FY23 and Rs 65.81 crore in FY24. The business was able to optimize its spending in parallel, as seen by the costs that were recorded for FY22, FY23, and FY24, which were Rs 79.20 crore, Rs 107.81 crore, and Rs 85.20 crore.
