Omnichat Secures US$10 Mn to Expand AI Agent Platform

Omnichat has Secures US$10 million in a Series A funding round led by Openspace Capital, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures. The Hong Kong-based company will use the funds to improve its AI agent platform, invest in research and development, and expand its global presence.

The funding will support the growth of Omnichat’s Omni AI Agents, which help businesses manage marketing, sales, and customer service through messaging platforms. The company aims to help businesses increase revenue and automate customer interactions without significantly increasing their workforce.

How Omnichat’s AI Platform Works

Omnichat provides an AI-powered customer experience platform that brings marketing, sales, and customer service together through a single customer profile. Its AI agents help businesses automate tasks that traditionally require manual work.

The platform includes four main tools:

  • AI Marketing Agent: Creates customer segments and messaging campaigns from a single prompt.
  • AI Sales Agent: Recommends products and helps customers complete purchases through chat.
  • AI Customer Service Agent: Responds to customer enquiries around the clock.
  • OmniClaw: Analyses customer behaviour, messaging trends, and store-level revenue performance in real time.

These tools work across messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk, and TikTok.

Omnichat Reports Growing Adoption of AI Agents

According to the company, around 300 brands adopted OmniClaw within two months of its June 2026 launch. During the same period, the number of brands using its AI Marketing Agent tripled.

Omnichat says its platform has supported more than 5,000 clients in generating over US$100 million in revenue. Its customers include international brands such as Dyson, FILA, Watsons, L’OCCITANE, VF Corporation, SMCP, and Mead Johnson.

The platform also connects online customer conversations with purchases made in physical stores, helping businesses understand how messaging and marketing activities contribute to sales.

What the Funding Means for Omnichat

Omnichat plans to use its Series A funding to expand the reach of its AI agent platform, strengthen product development, and grow its presence across international markets.

The company is shifting its focus from conversational commerce, where businesses interact with customers through messaging apps, towards AI-driven commerce. Its AI agents are designed to handle marketing, sales, and support activities with less manual intervention.

Alan Chan, Founder and CEO of Omnichat, said the funding marks an important step in the company’s transition towards AI-driven commerce. He added that the support of Openspace Capital, Darwin Ventures, and Acorn Pacific Ventures would help the company scale its approach across Asia-Pacific and other global markets.
