Paymentology Partners with Constantinople to Launch Operations in Australia

Paymentology has entered the Australian market by partnering with fintech company Constantinople.

The partnership was announced at the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025.

Through this collaboration, Constantinople will use Paymentology’s platform to manage card issuing, payment processing, and digital wallet integration for its financial institution clients.

Founded in Sydney, Constantinople is changing how Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) works in Australia. It offers a modern platform that combines digital banking tools with back-end services like onboarding, compliance, fraud monitoring, and risk management.

The company calls itself the “AWS or Shopify for banks” because it helps financial institutions — especially fintechs and smaller regional banks — handle complex banking operations while focusing on giving customers a better experience.

With Constantinople’s technology, banks can run their operations at much lower costs and innovate faster, making banking more efficient and adaptable.

Through this partnership, Paymentology will handle card issuing and transaction processing for Constantinople across both Mastercard and Visa networks. This will provide banks and their customers with a secure, flexible, and scalable payment experience.

The collaboration also includes Constantinople’s core banking integration through 10x, helping connect its systems smoothly with other banking tools.

It also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay tokenisation and uses dedicated BINs (Bank Identification Numbers) to create fully customisable card programs for financial institutions.

Di Challenor, Co-Founder of Constantinople, said: “Constantinople’s mission is to give smaller banks and innovative fintechs access to the same leading-edge technology as big global banks. Partnering with Paymentology will allow us to launch new card programmes at pace, with the flexibility to tailor every element to our clients’ unique needs. Paymentology’s global reach ensures we can scale effortlessly beyond Australia.”

Jeff Parker, Chief Executive Officer of Paymentology, added: “Working with Constantinople is particularly rewarding; their experienced leadership team brings a clear vision for modern, automated banking that aligns with our mission to support next-generation financial institutions.”
