Austraila-Based Q-CTRL has Partnered with Quantum AI Global

Quantum AI Global (QAIG), India’s leading quantum communication and technology organisation, and Q-CTRL, the global leader in quantum infrastructure software, have partnered to work on technology projects in India, one of the world’s fastest-growing technology markets.

Tamil Nadu became the first state to require Quantum Computing courses at technical universities after Q-CTRL unveiled a quantum workforce development plan this month. Q-CTRL’s cutting-edge Black Opal software was integrated into TNSDC’s Naan Mudhalvan Upskilling Platform.

Q-CTRL’s Black Opal platform at TNSDC and across India will be supported and expanded by QAIG’s quantum technology and education expertise in the first stage of their relationship.

McKinsey predicts that less than half of quantum computing jobs will be filled by 2025 due to the worldwide quantum manpower shortage. India will help establish the quantum economy by recruiting professionals from around the world to close the quantum skills gap.

The quantum technology business is growing, and this strategic alliance will teach hundreds of thousands of university engineering students quantum computing. Tamil Nadu is a leader in this field.

Millions of engineering students in Tamil Nadu receive free job training from Naan Mudhalvan, and TNSDC requires technical universities to teach quantum computing, making Tamil Nadu a global leader in quantum education.

This move addresses India’s future employment demands and provides the groundwork for Quantum, a national priority.
