Bengaluru AI Startup Ringg Raises $10 Mn to Expand Enterprise Voice AI

Ringg will use the new funding to improve its AI platform and expand its voice, WhatsApp and browser-based AI agents. The company also plans to develop its own AI models.

The startup will also focus on expanding its enterprise business in India and international markets.

With this latest investment, Ringg’s total Series A funding has reached $15.5 million, including a $5.5 million round raised earlier in 2026.

"At first, we handled a large number of simple use cases: outbound calls, lead qualification, loan collections, and so on. We quickly realized that such use cases do not create long-term customer stickiness, so competition would always come down to price, " said, Siddharth Tripathi.

Ringg was founded by Siddharth Tripathi, Utkarsh Shukla and Kali Charan Vemuru. The company initially started as DesiVocal, a startup focused on text-to-speech technology.

The founders later changed the company’s focus to enterprise voice AI. They found that building and training speech models was expensive and difficult to maintain.

Today, Ringg develops AI agents that can talk to customers and handle business tasks across different channels.

Ringg’s first customer was fintech company CRED. It has since worked with businesses including Flipkart, Practo, Groww and PolicyBazaar.
