Robo.ai Appoints Dr. Jasem Al-Mansory as CEO of Abu Dhabi-Based Alif Holding

Alif Holding is an intelligent industrial technology group headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Al-Mansory will lead the company as it works to develop and expand its technology business.

With this CEO appointment, along with the previously announced appointment of the company's Chairman, Alif Holding has now completed its core leadership team. This officially establishes the company's governance structure and management team.

The Group's Board of Directors will be led by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, the former President of INTERPOL. As Chairman, he will guide the company's overall strategy and oversee security, governance, and compliance.

The CEO will report to the Board of Directors. The Group is committed to building a strong local leadership team, with both the Chairman and CEO being UAE nationals. It also aims to make key decisions locally while developing local talent and strengthening the UAE's industrial and technology capabilities.

"My immediate priorities are to build a management team rooted in the UAE, to establish sound operating and governance systems, and to translate the Group's technology and manufacturing capabilities into deliverable outcomes — based in the UAE, serving the GCC and reaching global markets," said Dr. Al-Mansory.
