Xsight Labs Raises Over $300 Million at $2.8 Billion Valuation to Expand AI Data Center Networking Solutions

The funding round was led by Fidelity Management & Research Company, with participation from both new and existing investors. Xsight Labs will use the funding to further develop its intelligent connectivity solutions for AI, hyperscale, edge, and data center networks.

The new funding comes as Xsight Labs continues to win more customers. Its E1 Data Processing Unit (DPU) and X2 network switch have been chosen by several global network operators to support next-generation edge and network infrastructure.

The company's advanced chips are also being tested by some of the world's largest cloud service providers (Tier-1 hyperscalers) to evaluate their performance for AI and data center networks.

In addition, Xsight Labs has secured a growing number of design wins from service providers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), showing increasing demand for its networking technology.
