CBRE announced the acquisition of Singapore-based sustainability consulting firm Paia Consulting, boosting its ability to accelerate sustainability for occupier and investor clients worldwide.
Paia Consulting was established in 2002 with the primary objective of offering clients sustainability strategy, implementation, and reporting services in Singapore and the Southeast Asian region.
The business has collaborated with more than 100 companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.
The Paia Consulting experts will become part of CBRE’s ESG Consulting & Sustainability Services team in Singapore after the acquisition. Singapore serves as the center for CBRE’s sustainability services for the APAC area. David Fogarty will oversee the integration of the enlarged staff.

He has been leading CBRE’s ESG Consulting & Sustainability Services in Asia since 2022. The merged team will provide clients in all industries and sectors with a wider range of solutions, services, and training programs.

The leaders of Paia Consulting will hold important positions at CBRE. As Lead Consultant, Carrie Johnson, who established Paia Consulting in 2002, will be involved.

Since joining Paia Consulting in 2021, Corrado Forcellati has served as the company’s managing director. He has now been named director of client sustainability strategy and solutions.
