Ignition AI Accelerator, a collaborative initiative between NVIDIA, Tribe, and Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), has announced a a strategic partnership with global biopharmaceutical leader Pfizer to advance biopharma sector with artificial intelligence (AI).

The Singapore-backed Ignition AI Accelerator seeks to develop AI capabilities and broaden applications across industries, spurring global startup innovation, according to a statement released by Tribe on Wednesday.

To speed up drug discovery and research procedures and bring cutting-edge treatments to market more quickly, the collaboration with Pfizer will make use of Ignition AI Accelerator’s wide-ranging network in Southeast Asia, which includes media, government, universities, accelerators, tech talent, and investors, according to the statement.
