The Singapore-based company offers two AI-powered tools designed to help property agents manage customer enquiries more efficiently.

Its Viewing Agent operates through an agent’s existing WhatsApp Business number. According to the company, it responds to enquiries in under five seconds, collects details such as buyers’ budgets and property preferences, and schedules viewings through Google Calendar.

Study Finds Delays in Property Enquiry Responses

Rivo AI conducted its field test between October 16 and 19, 2026, involving 394 Singapore property agents. The company reported that personal replies took an average of two hours and 14 minutes.

The findings showed that 29% of personal replies took more than an hour, while 19% took over four hours. The longest recorded response time was 27 hours.

The study also found that approximately one in five daytime enquiries went unanswered, based on the average no-response rates for Singapore and overseas phone numbers.

Rivo AI Reports Results From Lentor Gardens Pilot

Rivo AI said its system was tested during a property campaign at Lentor Gardens Residences, a condominium development in Singapore with 499 units.

According to the company, the AI system handled more than 200 buyer conversations, identified 79 qualified leads and booked four property viewings without human involvement.

The company believes automated responses can help agents manage enquiries while they are conducting viewings, attending to clients or handling multiple conversations.

Rivo AI said its Viewing Agent and Agent Assistant are available to Singapore property agents. The company is offering a 30-day free trial with no setup fee or lock-in period.

As property businesses explore AI-powered customer service, responsible handling of personal information remains an important consideration. Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission has issued guidance on the responsible use of personal data in generative AI.
