Valtor Solutions, a construction sourcing and procurement company in Southeast Asia, has raised $700,000 in Pre-Seed funding, led by climate-tech venture fund Wavemaker Impact.
The company plans to launch its Valtor AI BOQ© platform for paying customers in October 2025, expand its supplier network in key markets, and add carbon-tracking features for each order. The goal is to help developers choose low-carbon products without raising costs or delaying projects.
With orders already underway, Valtor aims to become Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing green construction procurement platform. The company was co-built by entrepreneur Eileen Kae Relao and Wavemaker Impact’s Philippines Venture Build team.
The funds will be used to solve common procurement problems that slow construction, increase costs, and raise carbon footprints in the region. Valtor combines pre-vetted suppliers, consolidated logistics, secure warehousing, and in-house design expertise so developers can make faster, greener, and more cost-effective purchasing decisions.
“Construction procurement shouldn’t be the thing that slows down a project or compromises sustainability, especially when there is already a middle-class housing shortage in so many areas of the Philippines and the broader Southeast Asia region,” said Eileen Kae Relao, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Valtor.
“It is with this northstar that spurred me to create Valtor: to bring speed, clarity, and low-carbon choices to developers and architects — so they can focus on building great, sustainable structures,
“With our integrated service and the AI BOQ platform launching in October, we’re making fast, green, and cost-effective sourcing the default across the region,” she added.
Valtor Solutions simplifies construction procurement by combining professional material checks, a pre-approved supplier network, and streamlined logistics, removing delays at every step of the supply chain.
Its upcoming Valtor AI–powered BOQ platform© will automatically generate quotes, match suppliers intelligently, and calculate a carbon score for each order, helping project teams make faster and more sustainable decisions.
Already, Valtor has launched Valtor Quotation© (VQ), an integrated sourcing, logistics, and advisory platform that reduces material procurement times from months to just days.
In September 2025, the company completed its first client order in only six days, a task that typically takes three months with traditional suppliers.
Beyond speed, Valtor tracks carbon savings for every delivery and promotes energy-efficient materials, cutting both costs and emissions. Its first order saved 3.6 tons of CO₂e, demonstrating strong demand, efficient execution, and real climate impact, with more pre-launch orders already lined up.
