Singtel Partners with Dart to Launch Five-Day Cybersecurity Training Programme in Singapore
Nov 4, 2026 | By Carmela Catilo

Singapore-based telecommunications group Singtel has partnered with cybersecurity training and consultancy provider Dart to launch a five-day cybersecurity training programme for enterprise security teams and critical information infrastructure (CII) operators in Singapore.
The programme aims to help organisations detect and respond to advanced persistent threats targeting information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) systems.
Cybersecurity Training for IT and OT Teams
The programme offers separate training tracks for IT and OT environments. It also includes simulated cyberattack exercises to give participants practical experience in identifying threats and responding to security incidents.
The training is designed to strengthen the cybersecurity capabilities of enterprise security teams and operators responsible for protecting critical infrastructure.
Rising Cybersecurity Concerns in Singapore
The launch comes amid growing cybersecurity concerns in Singapore. In 2025, the country disclosed that cyber espionage group UNC3886 had targeted critical infrastructure, including the telecommunications sector.
Singapore's Cybersecurity Act and mandatory Code of Practice also require critical information infrastructure owners to meet specific cybersecurity obligations.
