SLES, a distributor of commercial washing equipment, announced earlier this year that it had formed a strategic alliance with 4612 Group, an advisory and investment group.
The terms of the deal, which 4612 refers to as a “equity” investment type on its website, were not made public. The transaction concluded in February.
As part of the partnership, CEO and owner Chase Brown continues to lead SLES. He says he’s excited about his company partnering with 4612 Group. We couldn’t be more pleased to be partnering with this unique group that holistically understands our business and culture and is supportive of us reaching our collective goals and advancing our business,” says Brown
According to the SLES announcement, Brown’s vision for the company is driving the relationship, which is described as “a commitment to alignment and growth.” 4612 Group hopes to assist Brown and SLES “by leveraging its extensive experience in backing founder-led and family-owned businesses.”
