Gurugram-based Stylework has raised INR 30 crore (about $3.39 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by Equentis Angel Fund.
The round also included investments from Karekeba Ventures, Cogniphy AIF Fund, and other existing backers.
Stylework plans to use the new funds to upgrade its AI-powered SaaS marketplace, expand its presence in India and overseas, and hire senior leaders in product, business, and enterprise growth. The company will also invest in tools such as predictive analytics, usage dashboards, and systems that help partners and operators manage workspace portfolios more efficiently.
“With this fundraise, we plan to deploy about 20–25% towards taking our aggregation tech into Southeast Asia and the Middle East over the next two to three quarters, followed by expanding into Europe through inorganic acquisitions before launching there,” Sparsh Khandelwal, Founder and CEO of Styleworks said.
Founded in 2016 by Sparsh Khandelwal, Stylework brings together flexible workspaces on its online platform. It offers coworking memberships, private offices, and managed office spaces.
The platform now features more than 4,000 workspaces across 125 cities, provided by over 650 operators, including well-known brands like WeWork India, Awfis, Innov8, and Springboard18.
The startup is also looking at acquiring other companies in India and the Middle East to grow faster. It has already expanded to Australia.
