Sudhir Sitapati has been re-appointed as the Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Consumer Products for another five years. His new term will begin on October 18, 2026.
The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors after receiving a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The company also confirmed that Sudhir Sitapati is eligible to continue serving as a Director under SEBI regulations.
Sudhir Sitapati has been leading Godrej Consumer Products since October 2021. He has mainly focused on growing the company’s health and beauty business in emerging markets.
Before joining GCPL, Sitapati worked at Unilever for more than 22 years in different leadership roles.
His last role at Unilever was Executive Director and Vice President, Foods & Refreshment.
Sitapati studied at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College.
