Singapore-based TDCX Acquires Open Access BPO

TDCX, a digital customer experience (CX) company from Singapore, has announced it is acquiring Open Access BPO, an outsourcing company based in the United States.

This deal will help TDCX meet the growing demand for outsourcing services by adding new offices in Davao, Manila, and Taipei. Many companies are turning to outsourcing to handle rapid changes and labor shortages.

Open Access BPO, founded in 2006, offers multilingual customer support, back-office services, and content moderation. It supports major global companies in industries like healthcare, tech, finance, e-commerce, and HR.

The global business process outsourcing (BPO) market is expected to reach $491.53 billion by 2029. In Asia alone, the market is growing steadily at 5.9% each year and is expected to reach $109.92 billion by then.
