Valens Semiconductor Appoints Karine Pinto-Flomenboim as CFO

As previously announced, Guy Nathanzon will step down as CFO on July 13, 2026. Karine Pinto-Flomenboim will officially take over the role on August 9, 2026. During the transition period, Yael Rozenberg, Valens Semiconductor's Vice President of Finance, will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
