Webcash Global has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CyberLogitec Vietnam, a subsidiary of CyberLogitec (CEO Song Young-kyu), to grow its B2B fintech operations in Vietnam.
Under this agreement, both companies will use their technology and industry connections to help Vietnamese businesses speed up digital transformation in finance, logistics, and overall operations.
The collaboration will work on building a unified platform that links Webcash Global’s corporate financial solutions with CyberLogitec Vietnam’s ERP systems for shipping, logistics, ports, and manufacturing.
By combining these technologies, the platform will give companies real-time insights and control over important operations like cash flow, inventory, transportation and taxes, allowing them to manage both financial and logistics data smoothly in one system.
CyberLogitec Vietnam will use its ‘OPUS’ and ‘ALLEGRO’ solutions, which handle everything from shipping and terminals to forwarding, warehousing, and manufacturing, along with its Global Development Center (GDC), to help businesses work more efficiently.
Through this partnership, the two companies plan to digitalize accounting and tax processes for local businesses, which have mostly been done manually. This will make it easier for companies to make decisions based on data, while improving accuracy and transparency in managing both financial and operational tasks.
