Zaritalk Operator Secures $10.7 Mn to Expand Rental Management Platform

South Korean proptech company Jari Company, the operator of rental management platform Zaritalk has raised KRW 14.5 billion (approximately $10.7 million) in a Series A funding round.
Korea Investment Partners led the round with HG Initiative, S2L Partners, Evergreen Investment Partners, NBH Capital, and JCH Investment participating. The latest investment brings Jari Company’s cumulative funding to KRW 17.7 billion (approximately $13.1 million).
Funding to Support Rental Platform Growth
Jari Company plans to use the funding to further develop and expand Zaritalk its rental management platform for landlords and tenants.
Zaritalk provides landlords with tools for rent billing, payment collection and contract management. For tenants, the platform offers services including card based rent payments, rent refunds real occupancy reviews and short term rentals.
The platform currently serves around 6 million tenants and 700,000 landlords. It also has more than 740,000 registered buildings and over 2 million managed units.
Jari Company’s Revenue Growth

Jari Company became profitable in 2024 after shifting its business focus toward the real estate sector.
In 2025 the company reported KRW 12.5 billion (approximately $9.2 million) in revenue and KRW 750 million (approximately $552,000) in operating profit. Its revenue increased by more than 60% year over year.
The company said its recurring rental management services have helped build a stable revenue model.

The new funding will support Jari Company as it continues to expand Zaritalk’s rental management and tenant services in South Korea.
