Zeya Health Acquires ConnectLah to Expand AI Healthcare Booking Platform

Singapore-based healthtech startup Zeya Health has acquired ConnectLah a clinic automation company, to expand its AI-powered healthcare booking platform.

The acquisition will bring ConnectLah’s technology, products and customer base into Zeya Health’s platform as the company works to improve how patients book medical appointments.

Zeya Health Expands AI Healthcare Platform

Zeya Health develops healthcare software that connects patient requests with clinics’ appointment types, schedules, and booking rules. Its platform uses AI agents to manage tasks involved in booking medical appointments.

The platform also supports patient inquiries, appointment bookings, reminders and follow-ups through messaging and voice channels.

With the acquisition of ConnectLah, Zeya aims to add more automation capabilities to its healthcare platform and make the appointment booking process easier for both patients and healthcare providers.

About ConnectLah

ConnectLah is a clinic automation company that helps healthcare providers manage frontdesk activities. Its technology supports patient communication, appointment bookings and reminders through WhatsApp.

Zeya said ConnectLah’s product and technology will be integrated into its existing platform following the acquisition.

Zeya Health said its revenue increased 15 times over the past year, although the company did not disclose the absolute revenue figure.

The startup currently works with healthcare providers in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia and Vietnam. It also has a hospital partner in Cambodia.

Following its expansion, Zeya Health aims to work with 1,000 healthcare providers by mid 2027.

Founder and CEO

Agastya Samat is the founder and chief executive officer of Zeya Health. He said the company is building infrastructure that can allow personal AI assistants to manage the complexity of healthcare appointment booking while clinics continue to control their schedules and booking rules.

Jussi Salovaara, co-founder of Antler, said the acquisition could help Zeya expand more efficiently by integrating existing technology rather than developing everything internally.
