BandLab Technologies Appoints Ivan Chen as CEO

Meng Ru Kuok, who co-founded BandLab Technologies in 2015, will step down as CEO and continue with the company as Executive Chairman. He will remain involved in long-term strategy, partnerships, investments and business opportunities.

Ivan Chen’s New Role

Chen joined BandLab Technologies in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and became President in 2024. As CEO, he will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations.

Chen will also continue serving as Group President of Caldecott Music Group the parent company of BandLab Technologies.

Kuok remains group CEO of parent company Caldecott Music Group, where Chen also continues as group president.
