RTP Global led ZYOD’s $18 million Series A investment round, which is aimed at the global B2B clothing sourcing and production platform.

The Gurugram-based business stated in a statement that returning investors Lightspeed Venture Partners and Alteria Capital were involved in the funding, which included a combination of loan and equity investment.

Trifecta Capital, Stride One, and Stride Ventures are among the other investors in the round.

The company plans to extend its operations to forty other countries by utilizing the financing revenues. It currently collaborates with trendy clothing companies in eighteen nations. The money will also be used to hire more personnel and enhance technology.

“ZYOD leverages tech to refine every facet of the production process, right from a modular design approach to optimising operations at the factory level. We are excited to support ZYOD as they expand their transformative platform internationally, showcasing the potential of Indian entrepreneurship on the global stage,” said NishitGarg, Partner at RTP Global’s Asia investment team.

Ankit Jaipuria and Ritesh Khandelwal founded ZYOD in April 2023. The company handles all aspects of clothing manufacturing, including design, production, and delivery for clothing businesses. Zyod now serves over 550 customers in over 18 countries, with an additional 400 customers in the last two years, according to a Techcrunch study.

ZYOD last raised $3.5 million in April of last year during its seed round, which was headed by Lightspeed. FJ Labs, Panthera Peak Capital, and angel investors Abhishek Goyal, Abhinav Sinha, Gaurav Hinduja, Ravi Khandelwal, and others were also involved in the round.
