Saudi-based COGNNA has raised US$9.2 million in its Series A funding round. The round was led by Impact46, co-led by BNVT Capital, with additional investment from Vision Ventures and Tali Ventures.
Founded in 2022 by Ibrahim Alshamrani, COGNNA is an AI-driven cybersecurity startup.
The company helps businesses stay protected by offering smart, proactive, and affordable security operations for both large enterprises and small businesses.
COGNNA combines powerful AI tools with expert human support to make compliance easier, strengthen security, and help companies scale their protection as they grow.
The new funding will help COGNNA grow faster worldwide by improving its products, boosting sales, and strengthening operations. The company also plans to upgrade its AI technology and expand across the MENA region and global markets.
COGNNA will use the investment to hire more engineers and build a stronger security operations (SOC) team so it can meet the rising demand for smart, scalable cybersecurity solutions.
