ReplyAll raises INR 6.8 first funding round led by Sparrow Capital

Clothing brand ReplyAll has raised INR 6.8 crore in its first funding round, led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India. The round also included several well-known angel investors from companies like Bombay Shaving Company, Mosaic Wellness, Urban Ladder, Mokobara, and Dr. Vaidya’s.

With this new funding, ReplyAll plans to upgrade its products and expand its material and design pipeline. The brand aims to develop better-quality fabrics and innovative designs.

ReplyAll’s focus is on creating advanced, adaptable clothing for modern urban consumers who want versatile outfits. The company also plans to enter new markets as it grows.

“The way men dress hasn’t caught up with the way they live,” said Rushabh Sanghavi.

“Most men today are moving through five versions of themselves in a single day. The way we work, move, travel, parent, and unwind has changed but our clothes haven’t. ReplyAll exists to bridge that gap with clothes that keep up – effortless, functional, and made for movement.”

“Men’s fashion in India is undergoing a quiet revolution away from loud trends, toward purposeful, versatile clothing,” said Aakash Goyal, Partner at Sparrow Capital.

“ReplyAll sits right at that inflection point. Their product thinking, design clarity, and understanding of how men live in contemporary India make them a category-defying brand.”

“With this fresh capital, ReplyAll will accelerate product innovation through advanced technical fabrics and adaptive design,” said Rajiv Srivatsa, Partner at Antler India.

“The team’s focus on creating functional, design-forward essentials positions them to capture India’s new generation of urban men who value comfort, versatility, and taste.”

Founded by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll is creating a new category called all-day clothing—outfits designed to be worn comfortably during work, travel, movement, and daily activities.

The brand focuses on material science, fabric engineering, and functional design, developing clothing that works well for India’s climate and consumer needs.
