AgriPass, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based agtech company developing AI and robotics solutions, has raised $7.5 million in a Seed funding round led by Harbor Venture Consulting.
The round also saw participation from existing investors, including E44 Climate Ventures, as well as strategic ecosystem partners.
The company plans to use the funds to prepare for manufacturing, grow its commercial operations, and further develop its AI-powered cultivation platform for more crops and applications.
AgriPass is already operating commercially in the EU and U.S., with contracts and advanced-stage deals contributing to projected 2026 revenue. The platform helps farmers—especially small- and mid-sized operations—shift to sustainable, regenerative agriculture by enabling adaptive, selective, non-chemical weed control at a commercial scale. It initially targets high-value vegetable crops, where labor shortages, weeds, and soil health challenges most affect productivity and farm profits.
AgriPass works with partners across the ag-robotics and food systems ecosystem, including FYELD Agriculture OEM, EIT Food and the NVIDIA Inception Program, supporting technology development and field deployment. The company recently won the 2025 Climate Solutions Prize, and CEO Liron Yanay was recognized as a 2025 Leading Woman in AgFood.
RHIC combines contextual AI with mechanical action to guide interventions based on weed presence, crop location and soil conditions. The platform adjusts depth and engagement in real time providing precise, human-like weed control at an industrial scale.
RHIC (Robot of Human-Inspired Cultivation) uses advanced computer vision and real-time AI to guide precise mechanical actions, removing weeds at the root while protecting soil and avoiding the use of chemicals.
“Labor shortages, regulations, and soil challenges are changing how farms operate. Food security depends on stronger, more resilient production systems,” said Liron Yanay, CEO of AgriPass. “We created RHIC to mimic human agronomic decisions in real-time, using precise, soil-friendly mechanical action at a commercial scale. This funding lets us expand in the U.S., and Europe and grow our durable cultivation platform for long-term use.”
About AgriPass
Founded in 2023, AgriPass Robotics is an AI and robotics company focused on human inspired AI for adaptive farming operations. The company develops real-time AI technology that enables agricultural machines to understand field conditions and dynamically adjust their actions. Its RHIC (Robotic Human-Inspired Cultivation) platform turns human field decisions into machine actions, helping farmers tackle labor shortages while keeping opertions sustainable, efficient, and stable.
