Esco Lifesciences Group (Esco) has bought Allwin Medical Devices, Inc., a well-known company that makes consumables used in ART/IVF treatments.
Allwin Medical will keep working under its current brand name but will now be part of Esco’s Medical division, along with Esco Medical.
This move will help Esco grow stronger globally, especially in the field of reproductive medicine and fertility treatments.
Esco aims to offer complete IVF solutions by combining advanced machines imaging technology, high-quality consumables, digital tracking systems, and AI tools to support doctors and improve patient care.
