Rebellions has secured $124 Mn Series B Funding. As a strategic investor, KT, a telecoms corporation based in South Korea, led this funding round. In addition to new investors Korelya Capital and DG Daiwa Ventures, previous backers Temasek’s Pavilion Capital and Korea Development Bank took part.

This brings XREAL’s life-to-date fundraising to USD $300 million. XREAL financial backers to-date have included Alibaba, Nio Capital, Sequoia, Kuaishou, Gentle Monster, among others.

U GRO Capital

U GRO Capital, a BSE and NSE listed, small business lending fintech platform has secured $30 Million funding through Non-Convertible Debentures From Asian Development Bank (ADB). Asian Development Bank’s funding in Ugro Capital will help tackle climate change and catastrophe resilience, as well as poverty and inequality. It will also hasten the advancement of gender equality.

Founded in 1993, U GRO Capital limited is a BSE and NSE listed, small business lending fintech platform. The Company is focused on addressing capital needs of small businesses operating in select eight sectors by providing customized loan solutions.

BluSmart 

India’s first and leading all-electric ride-hailing mobility service, BluSmart has Secured $25 Mn Funding From ResponsAbility. BluSmart intends to enhance its infrastructure for electric vehicle charging.

Elice 

Elice, South Korea’s upcoming AI-powered educational platform company, has raised a KRW 20B (approximately USD 14.9M) Series C round. The new funding is led by Vertex Growth, a growth-stage venture capital fund anchored by Vertex Holdings, a subsidiary of the global investment company Temasek. Participating investors include Altos Ventures.

Founded in 2015, With an established presence in South Korea, Elice focuses on delivering an integrated B2B and B2G educational platform and content for institutional clients, specializing in technical skills upgrades to enhance digital transformation within an organization. Elice serves more than 1,800 globally and counts among its clients South Korea’s major conglomerates, top universities, and government ministries.

Anbogen Therapeutics

Anbogen Therapeutics announced the successful completion of its Series A funding round. The lead investor is China Development Industrial Bank, with significant contributions from Taian Venture Capital, Maxpro and the National Development Fund (Business Angel Investment Program, and Implementation Project for Strengthening Investment in SMEs), with a total investment of approximately 12.5 million.

Anbogen Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing precision anti-cancer drugs that hold the/promise of curing cancers and/or improving the lives of cancer patients worldwide. Anbogen, whose founding was proposed by Dr. Joe Shih, aligns with national policies and addresses significant medical needs.

Aim Security 

Aim Security, the industry guide to secure GenAI adoption has secured $10 Million in Seed Funding round led by YL Ventures with participation from CCL (Cyber Club London), the founders of WIZ and angel investors from Google, Proofpoint and Palo Alto Networks.

Founded by Matan Getz (CEO) and Adir Gruss (CTO), in 2020, Aim Security is the industry guide to secure GenAI adoption, equipping security leaders with the ability to drive business productivity while providing the right guardrails and ensuring proactive protection for all use cases across the entire organization, whether enterprise use or production use.

An AI platform that empowers consumers to book trips and holidays together-straight from your travel website, Joyned has secured $8Mn in Series A Funding round led by Reach Markets, with participation from Sentor Investments, Velocity Ventures, and Lucerne Investment Partners.

It provides a cross-website, live experience for online shoppers, empowering travel sites of all sizes to own their shoppers’ natural social engagements directly on-site.

p0, a platform where issues in your code are surfaced noiselessly and intelligently has rsised USD 6.5 Million in Seed Funding round. The funding round was led by Lightspeed India and with participation from Alchemy Ventures.
