The business is in its pre-Series D funding round, and current investors Quona Capital and Asia Impact SA will be participating as well.
According to reports, Arya.ag may raise more money in this round of funding. By the end of the year, the business also plans to raise money in a debt round and a larger Series D round.
In its most recent fundraising round, Noida-based agritech firm Arya. ag successfully collected $29 million, drawing investments from current backers.

The agritech firms made INR 17 Cr in profit on INR 360 Cr in revenue in FY24. Blue Earth Capital, a new investor in the startup, is an impact investment venture capital firm based in Switzerland leading this latest round of funding.

Quona Capital and Asia Impact SA, two current investors, will also take part in the round.
Since January 2022, this is Arya. ag’s first financial action. Entrackr obtained access to a regulatory filing that revealed the information. In order to raise capital, the board of the firm approved the offering of 53,695 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at an issue price of Rs 45,137 per.
A total of Rs 134.46 crore was contributed by important investors in this round, including Asia Impact and Quona Capital through their companies Blue Earth and Accion Quona.
