As part of the acquisition, AscentHR bought 100% ownership of OS-HRS Malaysia, OS-HRS Japan, and OS-HRS India from BREXA Inc. (formerly Outsourcing Inc.), based in Tokyo, Japan. The financial details of the deal were not shared.
The acquisition helps AscentHR expand its presence across the APAC region. It also strengthens the company's payroll services, compliance support, and local operations in countries such as India, Japan, China, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, and other markets across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
With OS HRS now part of AscentHR, the combined company will offer stronger payroll, compliance, and workforce management services to multinational businesses. The expanded team will be able to support companies more effectively across different countries.
