CapitaLand Investment 

Singapore-based CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI), a leading global real asset manager, has secured an S$261 million capital commitment from a new Japanese capital partner, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL), for its Southeast Asia (SEA) and India private funds.

Ampd Energy 

Singapore-based Ampd Energy, a global energy industry innovator and manufacturer of the Entertainer and Ampd Silo™ battery energy storage systems (ESS) for heavy industries, has raised $27.3 million in oversubscribed Series B funding.

Easy Home Finance

A leading provider of affordable housing loans in India with in-house full-stack tech, Easy Home Finance has raised $35 Mn in its Series B funding round co-led by Claypond Capital, the investment office of Manipal Group’s Ranjan Pai, and Japanese banking giant Sumitomo Mitsui’s Asia Rising Fund.

Boldfit 

Boldfit, a D2C finest fitness accessories and apparel brand, has raised an investment of INR 110 crore (about $13 million) from venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners.

Kardome 

Israel-based Kardome has closed a $10 million Series A funding round led by Korea Investment Partners (KIP). Additional participants include Next Gear Ventures, KB Investment, Honeystone Ventures, J-Ventures, Hyundai Motor Group (HMG), Talar Corp., and Techstars.

The Hosteller

The Hosteller, India’s largest self-operated backpacker hostel chain, has secured INR 48 crore (around $5.7 Mn) in a funding round led by V3 Ventures in a mix of equity and debt. A debt of Rs 16 crore from the venture debt platform Blacksoil.

Nexstem 

India-based Nexstem, which creates Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) solutions has secured USD 3.5 Million in its latest funding round.

Mush Social

Saudi Arabia-based social media platform, Mush Social has raised $1.2 million in funding in a pre-Seed round led by Nifal Consulting, with support from Nahr Al-Jazeera Holding, along with other angel investors.

30 Sundays

India-based Travel tech startup 30 Sundays has secured $770k funding in a pre-seed round led by Infoedge Ventures with participation from First Cheque, Eximius, Misfits, and other angel investors.

Warburg AI 

UAE-based AI startup Warburg AI has raised $250,000 in funding in a seed round from undisclosed investors to fast-track the development of its AI-driven financial services platform
