BikeWo Partners with KlikAir to Explore Air Cargo Logistics Platform

BikeWo Green Tech has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kwik Flite Support, which operates under the KlikAir brand. The two companies will work together to explore the development of an integrated air cargo and aviation logistics platform.

This partnership is part of BikeWo Green Tech's larger plan to expand its mobility and logistics business.

The companies will study whether it is practical to launch air cargo services for shipments that need fast and secure delivery, especially high-value goods.

The initial focus will be on transporting products such as healthcare supplies, medicines, e-commerce orders, electronics, automotive parts, industrial spare parts, and other business supply chain goods.

The two companies will also study the complete delivery process, including first-mile pickup, airport handling, air transportation, last-mile delivery, shipment tracking, and airport-to-airport or airport-to-door services.

If the pilot projects are successful, BikeWo Green Tech and KlikAir plan to build a technology-powered air cargo network that connects metro cities with Tier-II and Tier-III cities using both road and air transport. They will also explore opportunities in regional air logistics, express cargo services, drone deliveries, and other new transportation technologies.

"This collaboration enables us to evaluate air cargo as a strategic extension of our logistics platform and reinforces our commitment to building next-generation logistics infrastructure for India," said Hiten Pal Saklani, CEO, BikeWo Green Tech Limited.

BikeWo Green Tech said the partnership will explore how air cargo services can work alongside its existing road transport network. The goal is to improve delivery speed and make supply chains more efficient.

Kwik Flite Support said it will combine its aviation expertise with BikeWo's logistics network to explore new air cargo opportunities. Both companies will first study whether the project is practical and commercially viable before deciding whether to expand it on a larger scale.
