CNTXT AI Buys Actualize to Improve Arabic AI Agents for Businesses

CNTXT AI, a data and AI company based in the UAE, has bought another AI company called Actualize. This move is meant to make CNTXT AI stronger in Arabic voice technology and AI systems.

Actualize builds AI voice assistants that understand and speak Arabic, including different regional dialects used in the GCC. Their technology sounds very natural and is designed for real conversations. They also create systems that can handle tasks like bookings, updates, and transactions—not just answering questions.

By joining forces, CNTXT AI will now be able to build more advanced Arabic AI agents. These agents will not only talk to users but also perform actions for businesses and governments, making services faster and more automated.

CNTXT AI and Actualize are working together to help organizations build Arabic AI systems more easily, from raw data all the way to ready-to-use products. CNTXT AI provides secure AI tools, training data, and systems like Munsit that help test and deploy AI models.

Actualize adds highly realistic Arabic voice technology and smart AI agents. These agents can not only talk in natural-sounding Arabic, but also complete real tasks across voice, chat, and internal business systems like workflows and operations.

"Together, we offer enterprises and government entities Arabic voice agents that can be deployed securely, hosted in-region, and embedded directly into day-to-day operations," said Hassan Abu Sheikh, Co-Founder of CNTXT AI. The combined offering addresses a fast-growing GCC conversational AI market* projected to grow from about USD 400 million in 2025 to nearly USD 2.5 billion by 2034 as organizations accelerate investment in AI-driven services.

“This acquisition strengthens CNTXT AI’s mission to build sovereign AI that works in the real world,” said Mohammad Abu Sheikh, CEO of CNTXT AI. “Actualize brings technology that turns Arabic voice AI into agents that can complete tasks, voice models that make interactions sound natural and human, and a team that understands how Arabic is actually spoken in this region. Together, that helps customers move from pilots to live voice agents faster across the UAE and MENA.”

Founded in 2023 by Muhammed Shabreen and Khalid Ghiboub, Actualize works on creating customized AI solutions for different types of organizations, including government, private companies and non-profit groups. Their goal is to help these organizations use AI in a way that fits their specific local needs.

Their system is designed to quickly generate Arabic voice responses with very low delay. It can also automate business workflows and is built to be hosted within the GCC region. For sensitive or regulated industries, it can be installed on private systems or on-site servers instead of the public cloud.
