Coralogix Raises $200 Mn in Series F Round

Coralogix, a data and AI platform for observability, has raised US$200 million in its Series F funding round. The investment was jointly led by Advent, CPPIB, and Greenfield, along with support from Brighton Park Capital.

With this latest funding, Coralogix has now raised a total of $550 million overall.

“AI is fundamentally changing the way enterprises operate, and observability is quickly evolving into a core layer of business intelligence,” said Alek Ferro of Advent. “Coralogix has consistently stayed ahead of that transformation, building a platform designed for the scale, speed and complexity of the agentic era. Since our initial investment, the company has continued to accelerate innovation and market adoption, reinforcing our belief that Coralogix is positioned to define the future of AI-powered observability.”

The funding comes at a time when AI is changing how observability works. AI-based apps are producing huge amounts of data at a very fast speed, which traditional monitoring tools were not built to handle.

At the same time, AI systems are now being used more by companies and engineers. They help answer questions about systems, find and explain problems, and in some cases even manage parts of production systems directly.

This change is showing the limits of older observability tools. These traditional systems were made for simpler and smaller amounts of data, so they struggle when AI apps generate huge volumes of information. This can also lead to very high data costs, and sometimes engineers miss important issues because dashboards and alerts are not enough.

Coralogix was designed to handle this new challenge. Its system can collect and process all data in real time, support large-scale analysis, and store data in open formats that customers control. Earlier, this helped companies keep more data, reduce costs, and get better system visibility. Now, in the AI era, it also helps smart systems analyze and manage complex production environments more effectively in real time.

“The architecture was already there,” said Ariel Assaraf, CEO and co-founder of Coralogix. “Long before the industry started talking about AI agents, we built around the idea that observability needed complete data, open access and infrastructure customers could truly control. What’s changing now is the interface layer on top of that foundation. Engineers are no longer the only consumers of observability data. AI systems are becoming operational participants themselves. This funding allows us to accelerate that transition and build the intelligence layer required for the next generation of production operations. In the AI era, dashboards are no longer the starting point for observability. Intelligence is. We didn’t reposition for this shift. We were built for it.”

Coralogix plans to use the new funding to grow in three main areas. First, it will improve its AI-powered observability features by using autonomous agents.

Second, it will expand its Data Lake system so it can store and process large amounts of data for big companies over long periods of time.

Third, it aims to reach more large enterprise customers, especially in industries like fintech, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure, as they move toward AI-based systems.
