Respond.io Raises $62.5 Mn in Series B Round led by Camber Partners

Respond.io, a customer communication platform based in Malaysia, has raised US$62.5 million in a Series B funding round.
The investment was led by Camber Partners, with participation from Endeavor Catalyst and the company's existing investors.
The funding will help Respond.io continue growing its platform, which enables businesses to manage customer conversations across multiple messaging channels from a single place.
Respond.io helps medium-sized consumer businesses manage large volumes of customer messages and calls. The platform brings together conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, LINE, Telegram, WeChat, email, web chat, voice calls, and many other communication channels into a single dashboard.
The platform includes AI agents, automation tools, and CRM integrations to help businesses respond to customers more efficiently. By organizing customer interactions in one place, Respond.io helps companies improve customer service, increase sales, and turn conversations into business growth.
