Attorneys Carlton Ng and Maureen Wang have joined the Hong Kong office of international law firm Dorsey & Whitney, the firm announced.

He often handles complex and new regulatory issues related to listing applications. He gives practical advice to help companies and sponsors get successful approvals. He also advises Hong Kong-listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Dorsey, Carlton worked at a major international law firm based in London and another well-known global law firm with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
He holds a Juris Doctor and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Laws in Civil & Commercial Law from Tsinghua University. He is qualified to practice law in Hong Kong SAR and in the State of New York, USA.
