Its first product, LEAP, is a modular lunar mobility platform designed to transport and deploy payloads on the Moon. The system combines a rover and trailer with standardised payload bays, allowing equipment to be transported without requiring extensive mission-specific engineering for every deployment.
How Will Cosmochute Use the Funding?

Cosmochute plans to use the fresh capital to develop its LEAP platform, expand its engineering team, and move forward with its commercial plans.
The investment will help the startup advance its lunar mobility systems as it works towards supporting future payload transportation and deployment requirements.
Cosmochute's Lunar Research and Development
The company is establishing its lunar laboratories at IIMA Ventures’ incubation facility. It is also receiving guidance from Mylswamy Annadurai, the former programme director of Chandrayaan-1.
Cosmochute is focused on developing systems that could support the growing demand for infrastructure in lunar exploration. By standardising payload transportation, the startup aims to reduce engineering complexity and potentially lower mission costs.
