Ethera raises $2.75 million funding round from Bluestone

Bengaluru-based Ethera, a jewellery brand that sells laboratory-grown diamond jewellery, has raised INR 25 crore (about $2.75 million) in a new funding round from Bluestone. With this investment, Bluestone has increased its stake in the company to support Ethera’s next stage of growth.

Ethera plans to use most of the funding to open more offline retail stores, with several new outlets expected to launch in the coming weeks.

The company will also invest in its in-house jewellery designs, technology systems, and brand building to support long-term growth across both online and physical stores.

Sharad Arora, Co-Founder Ethera, said, “Everything we’re building at Ethera starts from first principles: understanding the customer, the category and the long-term opportunity. That clarity is shaping Ethera into a brand defined by strong design, transparent values and a consistent experience across channels. BlueStone’s strategic backing strengthens our ability to expand our retail presence, deepen our supply-chain capabilities and build the operational backbone needed for the scale ahead.”

Nitesh Jain, Co-Founder Ethera, said, “Jewellery today is a powerful form of self-expression, and women are increasingly choosing pieces that reflect their individuality and life journeys. At Ethera, our focus has always been on design, quality, craftsmanship, and consistency. This capital enables us to expand our retail reach while continuing to invest in systems that deliver consistency and trust at every touchpoint.”

Founded in 2024 by Nitesh Jain and Sharad Arora, Ethera is a modern jewellery brand designed for confident, contemporary women. The brand believes jewellery should be worn and enjoyed every day, not kept locked away.

Ethera offers a mix of classic and modern jewellery pieces made for daily wear. Its collections include IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds set in BIS-hallmarked gold, such as earrings, bracelets, solitaires, pendants, and necklaces.
