
The Singaporean takeaway kiosk Har Har Chicken!, which specialises in har cheong gai-focused menu items, revealed that it had raised cash, with East Ventures serving as the lead investor.
The main purpose of this money is to optimise the supply chain so that customers can always expect high-quality products. In addition, Har Har Chicken! intends to increase its initial footprint in Singapore, with three locations in mind Junction 8, Vivocity, and ION Orchard.
Its long-term objective is to have more outlets throughout Singapore by 2025, while its short-term goal is to grow regionally.

Lennard Yeong, the Chief Marketing Officer, was a social media influencer in the food industry, and Tay Jianli, the Chief Operating Officer, had years of experience running restaurants.
Building approachable Singaporean food brands with the potential for regional scalability is the team’s goal.

It is reported that South and Southeast Asia have the fastest-growing poultry markets in the world, with a combined total growth prediction of 30% between 2023 and 2030, or 4% to 5% annual growth rate.
Due to rising demand for quick food options, the fried chicken business in Southeast Asia, especially Singapore, is expanding significantly.
